Before you’ve even arrived at the hotel, you can update your details, check-in online and even choose your room from a virtual floor plan. Once checked in, your virtual host will introduce himself to you. There are over 900 different ways you can interact with Edward, and he is trained to understand your enquiry, no matter how it is phrased. Prior to arriving, you can ask him if your room is ready and even the address of the hotel.
